Niles Hollowell-Dhar, known professionally as KSHMR, is an American musician, DJ, and record producer with a diverse musical background influenced by his Indian heritage. Born in Berkeley, California, in 1988, he initially gained recognition as part of the pop-rap duo the Cataracs before transitioning into the electronic dance music scene under the alias KSHMR. His productions span various genres including big room, Dutch house, EDM, electro house, Indian EDM, pop dance, progressive electro house, and slap house. KSHMR's discography includes numerous singles and EPs, showcasing collaborations with renowned artists such as Tiësto, Hardwell, and R3hab. He notably released the full-length album "Harmonica Andromeda" in 2021, drawing inspiration from cultures worldwide and showcasing his versatile production skills.
